Little things you can do everyday to give you a clearer mind



I came across this this article ‘How to be more postivie: 29 Tips for Positivity in Life and Work’ by S.J. Scott and I found it really helpful. The post emphasises that even when you feel the lowest you think you’ve felt, it’s not going to be like that forever and there is positivity out there even when you can’t see it yet. I think this is really important to remember when you are feeling down, because sometimes it might just take a step back from your thoughts and a positive to read of this to help you feel a bit better about your day.

The article has 29 tips on how to be positive, from finding the positive viewpoint in a negative situation to listening to music that you know will put you in a positive mood. Even the little things like this could give you a boost throughout your day.

I think the most important one is Tip #9 –share your issues. When you feel like you have a problem or something is worrying you, from experience I feel keeping it to yourself isn’t the best thing. Telling someone can help them help you and find a solution. Opening up can take a weight off of your shoulders and often make you see with a clearer mind. Often keeping it bottled up only makes it worse – a problem shared is a problem halved!
