Equine Assisted Therapy: the involvement of horses and humans to promote physical and mental health.

Obsessive Compulsive disorder: a common mental health condition in which a person has obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviours.

Mental Health: a level of psychological well-being or an absence of mental illness.

Trauma (psychological): a type of damage to the mind that occurs as a result of a reaction to a particular experience or distressing event.
